New Artist : Katie Yang

We are pleased to introduce a new artist to our store collection, Katie Yang.
Her sculpture pieces focus on "balance, beauty and simplicity, the art of getting back to the essence of things."
Please come and take a look.

Katie Yang

She is an artist and sculptor living in New York City. She works primarily with clay because it constantly reminds her that life is not about pursuing perfection; it is about finding balance and contentment.

Her education in clay began in earnest at the 92nd Street Y School of the Arts in New York City and she has also sought out teachers and mentors worldwide, particularly at Anderson Ranch Arts Center and Haystack Mountain School of Crafts.  Her pieces are usually one-of-a-kind.  Her current series “An Infinite Point of View” explores duality and contrast, reflecting how our perspective can evolve.
*Sculpture : " White Night" and " Dark Moon"
